Thr band was founded by Jarmo Hyvärinen and Joni Juuti in 2001. The boys have known each other since childhood days and they already started playing in 1996, after finding Metallica. Until 2001 they mostly played Metallica-covers and Finnish punk-rock, until they found the melodic sound of Stratovarius and Iron Maiden and also gained the skills to compose.
