With bone crushing riffs and aggressive drumming they have created a power packed album. They are fast and ferocious with unmatched consistency right from the beginning till the very end. There have been a few good bands coming from the Southern part of India and Chaos have certainly made a mark with their debut offering. Right after the intro Ungodly Hour you are exposed to this band’s brilliant musical abilities in the form of Torn and with that a brutally pleasant trip into the good old thrash metal massacre begins. The band has also released a video for their heavyweight Game, and rightfully so to showcase their fierce sound. With tracks like War Crime and Saint you have no choice but to accept the invitation into this band’s very own private hell, the kind which won’t disappoint. Vocalist JK’s mix of powerful and high pitched screams add a perfect kind of fuel to the already musically ignited fire which rages on with every track. The band’s creative diversity and variation is well heard on Heaven’s Gate which combines heavy pounding with a slow and haunted melody. Guitarist Nikhil keeps it tight and is very well supported by Vishnu and Rohith on bass and drums respectively. Their collective energy bursts out mercilessly and keeps building up on tracks like Merchant of Death, Self Deliverance and Cyanide Solution. It’s nothing but pure mayhem till the end as the album finishes with a devastating title track Violent Redemption, completing a power packed debut offering indeed. " - The Rocktologist
"In 2005, CHAOS began their Thrash Metal journey in India. CHAOS has for every bit of exposure they have had. With an inconsistent line-up and a lack of opportunities to perform, the band has really been in tight quarters in releasing music. However, “Violent Redemption” the band’s debut album was released in 2014 and has received high ratings from fans and critics alike. “Violent Redemption” is described as “fast and frenetic with the aggression not compromising the inspired quality of the musicianship that seeps out of every track.” CHAOS is influenced by bands such as SLAYER, KREATOR, PANTERA, and TESTAMENT, among other big name Metal bands. The band has also been awarded two awards: Radio City Freedom Awards - Best Metal Band, Jury Choice and Radio City Freedom Awards - Best Metal Band, Popular Choice, among being nominated for the VH1 Sound Nation Awards - Best Metal Act and Jack Daniel’s Annual Rock Awards 2013 - Best Metal Band.

It's one of the most anticipated albums in this region, and that's not surprising considering what a rage their debut album 'Violent Redemption' was. Standards have been upped remarkably, with artwork being made by the talented Reuben Bhattacharya (Visual Amnesia) and better packaging this time around on digipak format as well as a limited edition hand-numbered gold-embossed box set. Like last time, the production is done by Keshav Dhar of SKYHARBOR and it sounds just as vitriolic and exciting as it needs to be. The performances are absolutely tremendous - everything is several notches up and the music actually sounds fresh. 'All Against All' is a riff-fest from start to finish and fans of old school thrash metal will be all over this. It's easily one of the mightiest albums to ever come out of this country./bc
