Petra's third album on Star Song, and second with producer Jonathan David Brown. The album was released on September 21, 1982 on LP, cassette and 8-track by Star Song and distributed by Word. Following Word's distribution deal with A&M Records it was re-released on LP and cassette in 1985 on A&M Records. The first CD release (without distribution credits) was made in the UK in 1986/1987. Several CD pressings followed from different manufacturers and through different distributors. In 2008 the album was re-issued in the Two For One series: More Power To Ya / This Means War!. In 2012 More Power To Ya (30th Anniversary Edition) was released (digitally remastered with 3 bonus tracks).
