Ахим Райхель - Родился 28 января 1944 года (Гамбург, Германия) Продюсер, композитор и музыкант Ахим Райхель - ключевая фигура во взрыве краутрока. Райхель был одним из основателей "The Rattles" в начале 60-х. В 1968 году он сформировал "Wonderland band" с барабанщиком Фрэнком Досталем. В конце 60-х он запустил свой первый сольный музыкальный проект под названием A.R and the machines. В музыкальном плане это превосходное звуковое музыкальное путешествие, превращенное в циклическую психоделическую игру на гитаре с большим количеством эхо и задержек. Первый альбом был опубликован в 1971 году в сотрудничестве с Фрэнком Досталем. Альбом представляет собой амбициозную коллекцию космических рок-джемов с большим количеством электронных эффектов и аранжировок. Этот альбом предвосхищает "кислотные" путешествия исследователей краутрока на гитаре / минимал-электронике, таких как Мануэль Готтшинг.
