Kim Olesen added some lead guitars & synthesizers. His parts were produced and composed by Kim Olesen. Some of them were recorded in Sphere Music Henrik Fevre added harmony vocals & wrote the lyrics & melody lines on the tracks "Purification" & "Hypernosis". Verse melody line on "In the comfort of darkness" Jacob Hansen added harmony guitars on “Before Anubis” Drums, bass & rhythm guitars recorded at Jesper's place, by Jesper M. I never heard ANUBIS GATE before getting this release. I was very surprised how good it was. The vocalist reminds me of the excellent vocalist Michael Eriksen, (CIRCUS MAXIMUS), but not quite as good. I like that the guitars will sometimes launch into a heavy thrash style of riffing, it doesn?t happen very often though and it doesn?t last very long when it does. ... "The Detached" is a concept album based on a story written by Danish writer Martin Rauff. The main character of the story is called Bilao and he belongs to a special kind of humans, the detached.
