/ The Glorious Dead are a Northern Michigan band that consists of members of other such notable acts as Pan, Feast Eternal, and Reasonable Deception. The members have gathered to revel in the cathartic release of creating death metal in the old spirit and after the positive acclaim surrounding their Into Lifeless Shrines debut full-length on Bindrune Recordings, the band spent the entirety of the pandemic creating another album worth of material with the intention of moving forward creatively, without losing sight of their core sound.
With their 2nd full-length, Cemetery Paths, time, evolution and dedication to their old death metal influences have found the band building upon the foundation set by their debut, with more speed, doom, and melodic elements that feel like a progression while never losing sight of memorable riffs and songwriting. A lot of thought and care have gone into these songs and the band are thrilled to share their brand of filthy Northern Death Metal with those who heed the mortal yearning for the grave.
Cemetery Paths was Recorded in 2022 at AV Studios in Traverse City, Michigan by Andy Vanguilder, mixed by Spenser Morris and Mastered by Andrew DeCagna (Ironflame/Nechochwen) at Sacred Sound Studios. /bc

Не мог пройти мимо проекта датчанина с красивым названием, который когда то слушал и который остался на слуху. Канадцы Von Groove застолбившие вторую половину мая в моём плеере не хотели делиться ни с какой другой мелодик-рок группой. Но Torben Enevoldsen их подвинул. И мы с удовольствием проигрываем его альбом вместо канадского Born To Rock. В любом деле разнообразие улучшает вкусовые рецепторы. В музыке и подавно) Альбом Торбена полон и лирической нежности и роковой брутальности. Качественная запись, слушается легко. Как и положено произведению данного стиля. В песнях с темой Времени - #2. The Longest Time #11. All Of The Time на волне AOR. В песнях - #6. Nathing Else To Do #10. Standing On The Outsade волна Rock. Сам Торбен помимо прекрасного пения ещё и прекрасный гитарист. Соло на гитаре в кавере Дитя Радуги тому подтверждение. Каверы я сравнил с оригиналами и они мне нравятся. Если вдаваться в сравнения, то я бы сравнивал новые альбомы Von Groove and Acacia Avenue соответственно с Дэф Леппард и Джорни )) Как то так. Авторам ещё раз респект за релизы!

Увы не смог выбрать ни одной стоящей композиции, у меня такое ощущение что на всех аорщиков один ритм и один синтезатор на всех с одинаковым звучанием, разное только название группы
In the file "Van Camp - 2025 FLAC Vol. II.rar" (downloaded from Telegram) track 3 (Saints and Sinner) is missing. The normal download link doesn't work at all.
