/ Formed in Iceland anno 2002 as the solo project of Einar Thorberg, AKA Eldur.
3 albums later, known as the Völuspá trilogy, Fortíð had relocated in Norway as a full lineup band.
After 8 years, 2 more albums and some live shows in Europe, Fortíð was back again in Iceland.
Kristján Einar Guðmundsson, became the second member on drums in 2020 and Kári Pálsson joined in on bass in 2021. /bc
