/ After many years of silence, Italian dark scene legends CULTUS SANGUINE are back, full of strength and inspiration, and with skills that have become perfectly honed. Their return presents dark metal at its purest, distilled into a deeper, darker, and doomier form.
Entitled "Dust Once Alive", the new album tells about the tragedy of the gray and mundane life, trudging along from day to day and approaching a sad ending. Signs, goals, and trail lights are no more than false illusions for these ultimately meaningless lives.
The recording was made at ADSR Studio by sound engineer Carlo Meroni, who’s known for working with many bands in the Italian extreme scene and is a master of his craft. The album’s mastering took place at the Moonhouse studio in Milan.
The release comes in a stylish four-page digipak with a booklet to complement the aesthetic pleasure of the dark art of CULTUS SANGUINE. /- bandcamp metal-archives (through VPN)
/ Cultus Sanguine was founded as a duo in 1993, but soon after expanded to a trio after adding a drummer. After a 1995 EP, they added the keyboards player Rex Nebulah before signing to Candlelight Records for the 1998 album Shadow's Blood. Following this the guitarist/bassist Aqua Regis and drummer Custus Arckanorum left the group, and guitarist Aurian and drummer Nox Perpetua joined. Two further releases appeared on Season of Mist before the group disbanded in 2001./wiki

"Destination: Domination" — это крутой новый альбом от Рогги Йоханссона, который точно понравится фанатам шведского дэт-метала. Тут все по-честному, как в классике жанра, но при этом музыка стала еще круче и техничнее. История про зомби-апокалипсис подана с фирменной иронией Рогги, так что слушать будет не только интересно, но и весело.
Where All of Worth Comes to Wither - это просто бомба начала 2026 года в мире экстремального метала. Тут не просто музыка для фона - это целое искусство, в которое надо полностью погрузиться.
Обложка и дизайн сделаны Michael Frick в стиле группы. Всё мрачное и тёмное, чтобы подчеркнуть тему альбома. Минимализм и символы хорошо сочетаются с текстами про распад и забвение. Of Failing and Fading – крутая работа, где Vermocracy показали свой стиль на все сто.
