Drawing from a breadth of influences such as Mournful Congregation, Colosseum, Swans, and Bohren & der Club of Gore, the result is a dense, achingly beautiful experience, steeped in the essence of midnight and the whispers of urban life. Their music evokes an enchanting hush, creating a haunting journey for the listener.
Founded in Athens, Greece, in early 2016 by Georgios Schoinianakis and Nikos Vlachakis, Föhn began as a fusion of captivating melodies and intricate lyrical tapestries. In February 2023, the band welcomed bassist Georgios Miliaras, whose mastery completed their sound.
In the August of 2024, Föhn will proudly unveil their inaugural release, the highly anticipated album “Condescending,” in collaboration with record labels Hypaethral Records (North America) and These Hands Melt (Europe). .. more

Эта музыка реально крутая, это атмосферный дум/дэт-метал. Тут всё мрачно и гитары просто рвут. Особенно зацепили эпические треки типа «Voluptuous Simplicity Of The Line» и «Our Golgotha Before The Beauty Of Our Death».
