Like on the both previous published albums of SUPREME MAJESTY is an eccentric cover to view, which invites you to a longer contemplation. At the last time it was a city with rising pigeons, who was flushing out of a right hand into the sea, while on ELEMENTS OF CREATION a crowned and winged, blonde beauty is to see, who’s holding her hands in a guarding way over the globe. With the rapture of the last albums and the anticipation of this, I’m putting the disc in the player now. I was hoping for exactly what I get to hear. The fast melodic metal work is filled with hard guitars, pushing drums, rousing refrains, sung with a clear voice. Additionally the ten songs are guided by excellent played keys which are rounding off all edges. At the latest by SPELLBOUND I couldn’t stop myself, and also the fans of this genre won’t be able to. Too fast you get, like the title of the mentioned song is says, bewitched by this music. The Swedish guys are holding on the speed and goes forward with an immense pleasure by playing. The first little but well deserved breather, where fore we had to wait until to number six, is ONE MORE PROMISE. By this occasion we, the hearers, are able to airing the head a little and to deigning the necessary recreation to the neck muscles. The next three minutes of THE QUEST PART 1 are going on instrumentally, with pulled up speed. The heaviness of the first half of the disc returns by DIE IN A DREAM and doesn’t become less for the both last songs. Already heard a thousand times, some might say and indeed SUPREME MAJESTY isn’t presenting something new, wherefore I will subtract half of a point. But there are rarely albums with an as perfect and homogeneous general view like ELEMENTS OF CREATION. They cased a spell over my and are earning outstanding.

Были оба винила. Дико угорал, когда в 1988-м группу за каким-то хреном затащили в "Что? Где? Когда?" и Бажин с визгами метался между комсомольскими конъюнктурщиками в вязаных кофтах и кооперативными нью-буржуа в смокингах.
Не успел отгрохотать неоднозначный Machine Head как ещё одни патриархи андерграунд метал сцены CREMATORY анонсировали свой новый альбом. Заглавная открывашка Destination своим риффом живо напомнила мне Illuminate The Path с нового альбома Arch Enemy и опять же гроул. Вообще Фуликс Стасс своим ровным гроул придаёт всему альбому концептуальное пространство и время где ему в этом помогает Катрин. Отдельно стоит весёлый кавер My Girlfriend's... мне понравился кавер, как песня так и видео, но если выбирать с родным Type O Negative то мне всё же родной больше нравится. Этакий хиппи готик )) В мои разудалые молодые года за пирсингованных и за татуированных девушек не было, они были чище что ли)) Одним словом родной выглядит как эротика, кавер как порно. Но слушать интересно и то и другое. Да и соло гитары мне на родном ну очень нравится, хотя и короткое:
Но вот как этих ребят не полюбить. Всегда с уважением относился к самодостаточным молодым людям. А ещё со времён Моторхэд нравятся трио группы, их не перегруженный оркестровкой rocken'n'roll как hard and heavy до thrash and death metal. Группа основана в 2022 году Алексом Коллиасом и это их дебют за 2 апреля сего года. Я здесь покажу этих молодых красавцев, первое видео за 2023 год и здесь басист парень а втором видео за 2024 год уже девушка и похоже в записи она принимала участие (я так думаю
Дэйв Роттен собрал новую банду и продолжил рубить всё тот же бескомпромиссный олдскул-дэтс, тягучий, не слишком скоростной, без солирующих гитарных запилов. Довольно древняя (1991) группа в этом жанре с Пиренейского полуострова. Сам Дэйв Роттен со своим тату на одном предплечье DEATH и на втором METAL (спасибо за видео) узнаваем и является поклонником и представителем этого жанра, хотя его пение меня не сильно возбуждает. Есть значительно круче голоса в дэте. Но как бы там не было а релиз кручу с марта месяца ))
