Nadir is a cross-continental Progressive Thrash Metal band, made up of experienced musicians and producers from various projects. The band uses the means of the internet to communicate musical ideas, record and produce their own music.
Following Nadir's debut album, 'Eternal War, Forevermore', the band went to writing again. This time, the music incorporates 9 string guitars throughout the release, played by both Anderson and Graybill. With Mike Marshall on hiatus (and Anderson taking up bass playing responsibilities), 'Possessed by Grandeur' was written the same fashion as other releases by the band. It was created primarily though the internet in the COVID 19 era, and showcases how the band has further progressed their sound by utilising modern technology to create and produce their music.
